Returns & Exchanges

Pini Parma offers a refined return policy, allowing customers to return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition. We strive to make your experience as seamless as our tailoring through a structured and efficient return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact, and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects the garment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
